In partnership with C-TRAN, all middle and high schoolers in Battle Ground, Camas, and Washougal school districts are offered the Youth Opportunity Pass (an over $300 value). Participating students will receive free public transit access from September 1 through August 31. It does not provide service past the Columbia River or on C-VAN paratransit, TriMet, or the Portland Streetcar.
Parent consent and review of the Rules and Guidelines is required. Forms are available in the CCMS office.
