REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

For Construction Management and Professional Services.

Washougal School District is requesting SOQ’s NTE 20 pages total from interested parties capable of providing Construction Project/Program Management Services (CM/PM), Architectural/Engineering, professional consulting services related to facilities, master planning, civil, traffic, mechanical, electrical, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, acoustical engineering, land planning, environmental analysis and design, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability, commissioning and/or all other expertise and services related to construction for or maintaining existing or new construction of educational facilities.

All other services, please submit your SOQ for your firm stating your qualifications and the service you provide to [email protected] following the information in the specifications on the RFP page linked above.
