Sandra Goza | Katherine Baxter | I have worked with Katherine for 12 + years now. Before she came to CCMS, she was a 5th grade teacher at Cape. I went on a lot of field trips with her classes, not only as a parent but as a para. We had a lot different adventures, from leaving a teacher at the rest stop, to saving a kid from jumping off the second story in a museum. Things have calmed down a lot over the last 10 years. We work together now as the Special Education team. I have learned so much from her over the years. It is great to see the bond that she has with the kids. It never fails that they come back to visit her a couple of times throughout their high school years to see her and thank her for not giving up on them. |
