Jemtegaard Middle School students have produced a video to help peers understand and remember elements of the Character Strong curriculum taught by staff in their school. The Soundstage club, facilitated by staff members Dani Allen, Diana Larson and Stephanie McDonald, scripted, filmed, edited, and produced a two minute video, featuring lyrics that reinforce empathy, honesty, and other positive character traits. The song was written and produced by Diana and fellow musician Vic Sorisio.
Jemtegaard students participate in the Club 8 after school program, which is free, and meets twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and choose from a number of activities and clubs that engage students in projects, provide academic supports, and learn skills through activities.
