Washougal School District is partnered with SafeSchoolsAlert to provide a safe schools alert system.
To submit a safety concern about a student, staff member, or other situation, please use one of the buttons below. If you are reporting an emergency, please call 911.
Note: For incidents that involve harassment, intimidation, or bullying of students, please use the Report of Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying form linked below instead of the SafeSchools Alert form. For complaints about the Safety Resource Officer, a Washougal Police Department employee stationed at WHS, patrons are encouraged to use either the WSD complaint process or use the WPD form here, or both as the situation warrants it.
Every tip is immediately logged into an online system to track incidents, and will be forwarded to the appropriate individuals to investigate. You will receive a tracking number you can use to monitor progress and resolution of your report.

Safety in our Schools
Staff presented on the district’s investments in safety and wellness during the September 26, 2023 board meeting. Board members reviewed a presentation with an overview of the MTSS system, wellness plans, prevention activities, and and structural systems and safety components in use around the district.
These important systems, including the implementation of multi-tiered systems of support, help ensure a safe learning environment for all students and staff.
Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying Prevention
Washougal School District is committed to providing a safe educational environment for all students. We work with our staff to make sure that all reported incidents of bullying are fully investigated, and that supports are provided to students who experience bullying, as well as interventions to help students accused of bullying understand the impact their words and actions can have.
Students, parents, or other community members who are concerned about bullying can use the links above to report an incident or concern, or can utilize the school district’s harassment, intimidation, and bullying report form, part of board policy 3207 to report incidents and to make sure that students receive the care they need. All staff are trained on using and following the guidance set in this policy each school year. Copies of this guidance are also provided to parents and students as part of an age-appropriate lesson for students about maintaining positive school climate.
